Dear experts,

Is there a way we can copy SAP delivered Business Catalogs to be able to custom the Apps assigned to it?

For example we want to copy Business Catalog  Cash Management - Cash Operations Basic (SAP_FIN_BC_CM_OPS_BASIC_PC) to remove some Apps i.e. Schedule Jobs for Flow Builder

Or can we set restriction per App in a Business Catalog? 

Understand we can do that per Business Role, but wondering if this capability is in the future roadmap?

Hi Aleysha,

We have a growing requirement to have the option/feature to facilitate the creation custom Business catalogs, but this in NOT in scope at present, although this is already under consideration for Product Development. Unfortunately, we do NOT have a road map either.

I will try to append this thread with more information in the coming days. .

With the 2005 release we have the possibility of creating a launchpad space using the path. Maintain Business Role - > Manage Launchpad space.

You can explore this option to hide Apps as a workaround.
