BUG ?: Manage Work Center Capacity vs. CM01

Hello all,

I've just started to set up a work center including capacity. I've put some load on this WC and checked with CM01

and also with the FIORI App F3289 Manage Work Center Capacity.

There is some deviation in these two reports in the load percentage.

CM01 vs MWCC

W16 0% vs 0%

W17 202% vs 202%

W18 39% vs 22,39%

W19 76% vs 82,25%

W20 94% vs 100%

W21 0% vs 0,208%

overall: 411% vs 406%

Anyone out there experienced same system behavior or having an explanation for this ?

Did you check "Monitor capacity Utilization" App F1523?

Are you using shift in your work center?

Also check SAP note

Mr Brahmankar, Thanks for the quick reply !

App F1523 is only suited for PPDS, at least with Release 1909. Before that, 1809, it was possible to monitor "normal" work centers with that app, but this must be a bug, since it is not possible any longer.

In the current setup, i am not using shifts in the work center, only use standard available capacity.

I also checked the note that you mentioned, but my problem is not about problems with the date format, but with wrong percentages of utilization.

Maybe someone out there experienced the same system behavior ?
