Budget values in Fiori App Project Cost report Plan/Actual

Hi ,

This is regarding the Fiori app 'Project Cost Report Plan/Actual,

I am running the Program to copy plan data to acdocp table, which does flow to the Fiori app.

Plan category , for Budget has been created ,but getting the plan values for the same.

How do I get Budget values in the app?

Is it necessary to create FM area and assign it to Company code?

My issue here is Funds management is not activated in the system, can this still be done or is there any other solution to get the budget values.

Or any other program to copy the Budget values to be displayed in the App

Hi,

If you mean the budget from CJ30 you will not get it into the ACDOCP. The data has completely different dimentions, no GL account and no Period.

Hi,

Yes I mean the Budget from cj30.How do I populate the values in Fiori App.

Funds management is not in scope ,hence FM area cannot be created.

If so then , is there any other way to get the Budget values in the App.

I have to suggest only GUI apps ,to client ,there are no other STD Fiori Reporting apps (Analytical, design studio ,transactional) in PS that can give a complete picture of the data(Plan ,actual, commitment &Budget) and is not GUI app.

Please let me know if I can proceed with these apps(Project Cost Report Plan/Actual, Project Cost : Line Item, Project Cost Overview) ,also any solution to get all of the data in these apps.

Hi,

Funds Management has nothing to do with this topic.

The only solution is to use SAP GUI transactions CJ31/CJI8 for the budget reports.
