Budget for Inventory GL's

Hi Team,

In Public Cloud, CE category 90 is removed. So how to handle budget check for procurement process (inventory GL's).

Is there any other way provided in Public Cloud. Please guide us.

Seems you are valuating project stock, based on your comments.

The budget availability control starts only applies to actual cost posting and not balance sheet items (goods receipt). It's when the stock will be issued that the control will happen, on the stock consumption G/L account.

Thanks for reply!!.

We tried the same but Using the Semantic tag mapping Budget Check functionality is working for only P&L accounts. But our requirement is inventory procurement against Project (WBS) and Budget validation should be there as per S4HANA (Inventory GL's - B/S GL's).
