Budget exceeded error message on warning (mail to responsible person)

hello expert,

My AVAC is active on project. I have tolerance configuration is warning with mail to responsible person on mail (2) on 100% budget utilisation .
Still system is throwing error message ( which is not configured) on 100 percent budget utilisation.
I have also maintained person responsible on wbs element level as suggested by few experts. But still error message is occurring on 100% utilisation..

What is your tolerance for the hard error level?

You also need to maintain the user id of person responsible in tcode OPS6 in office user field in front of the respective person responsible.
