Budget Controlling Not working in Recurring Journal Entries

Dear Experts,

I would like to control budget for my expenses in "Manage Recurring Journal Entries" app. Even though I uploaded file with Cost center budgeting, I could only control budget using "Manage General Journal Entries" app and "Verify General Journal Entries" App. When I go with recurring journal entries, all unposted entries can be posted and no error or warning messages occured and can be posted.

Please kindly give a guidance if it has any possible solution to control budget for recurring journal entries.

Hi Phoo,

In CBC configuration -  Maintain Budget Availability Control Profile for Cost Centers, please check your cost center budget profile. Ensure that in the budget profile, Account Groups node, all your GL accounts listed in Recurring Entry Temlatea are also maintained in the account group for your Budget Profile.

Also ensure in tye Tolerance Limit node, please select " All Activity Types" in the same configuration. This should resolve the issue.

Hi Venu, Sorry for reply late. Thanks for your guidance. I have tested and it worked. However, I can only receive the error message for the cost center budget in recurring journal entries if the tolerance is exceeded the usage %. Not the warning control working and posted without warning. Thanks..
