Browser access error quit application

Hello,

We work with SAP Hana v10 PL 2011. We have some issues with Browser access. Sometimes we can access without problems and another times when we complete the log on it shows the message "application quits" and if we refresh the page it works. Also, sometimes, while we are working the message appears and it stops working.

In that moment, if we watch the service monitor of the BAS we can see that the session is already conected.

Does it happen something similar to anyone?

Hello,

For this Hana installation we have create 3 different BAS and it happens in all of them.

If we restart the "SAP Business One Browser Access Server Gatekeeper" service it can also happen.
