BRF + PO output email S4 HANA.

Hello experts,

I have a question. We have a mature PO output determination process that is working fine. However, for one specific user, the country field is not being determined when the PO is created, and the user has to enter the country manually. My question is: where do we maintain this field for that user in the S/4HANA BRF+ output determination settings? In other words, from where does the system derive this field? Please advise. See image.
