BPFCTRA0 message 00 208 “Inconsistent assigned values have been found”

Dear SAP Expert,

We still found message 00 208 “Inconsistent assigned values have been found”  in program BPFCTRA0. Although we had apply sap notes 1373559 - BPFCTRA0: Unauthorized message 00 208.

Why this can be happened?

What is solution for this case?

Is there newest SAP notes related this case than 1373559 ?
