BP mass change using LTMC for S/4HANA

Dear experts,

I need to update/change several customer data ( Search term, Previous account number, etc.) in BP which were migrated in our S/4 system.
How can I do this using LTMC or other tools, because three are more than 2000 BP with incorrect data..
