BOS pricing and condition type

Dear experts，

We are using BOS in a project, but we can't find the t-code of creating the condition type PBST(with sequence 0010) ,as the picture attached, PBST is condition type that the application is "VE"，like "MS" of service condition in MM.SO I think there are some t-code in SD for "VE" ,too coud you please tell me about the question? thanks very much.

PS: I can't find the t-code of creating the condition record of condition type PBST , just like ML33/ML39/ML45...for condition type PRS in MM
