So I am working for a company that produces nutraceuticals, and they have product that I am having troubles to enter in BOM.
the product is medicine for health and below are the steps of production:
1. The materials are taken from inventory and then grinded in the cleaning cutting room till they become powder
2. Then the powder is taken from there and put in the press machines that presses powder and makes tablets out of it.
3. The tablets are taken and given to packing rom where it has several steps for packing until it becomes the ready product and goes to inventory.
So my question is do I need to do 3 BOM for each step or should it be only one BOM for all of them?
because first two steps normally take 2-3 days and should be prepared beforehand than the 3rd step. But if I will do only one BOM for all of them would it be a problem for ordering a production?
