Hi,

I'm trying to create production order and don't want the system to look for the BOM, I need production without BOM.  But I'm getting this error while doing cost check in production order. 

BOM for material 17 does not contain any valid items

Message No. CO636

I've checked the setting in OPL8, the BOM explosion is blank (Do not read BOM).

Please advise.

1. You can create a BOM without any components.

2. Create a new production version with this BOM.

3. create production order with this new production version.
