BNL bank payment file (Banco Nazionale Del Lavoro)

Dear all,

BNL seem to have changed their requirement regarding the payment file structure for uploading payment files to their portal. Standard SAP SEPA Credit Transfer/SEPA Credit Transfer/ISO formats have all been tested and none seem to work. Unfortunately there is no detail to the error, only that it doesn't work (see below). 

The link below seems to imply that SAP might be able to furnish end users with a bespoke file for ABN AMRO for example. Is this correct and, if so, is there similar for BNL?
