Blocking of production order

Hello,

When a production order is blocked, is it possible to see that the production order is blocked in the MD04 (Stock /req list)?

I don't think it is possible in standard. The reason is that if a production order is blocked then it is not relevant for MRP, therefore it is not visible in MD04.

If you really need to see blocked orders, you can add them with MRP BAdI. However I don't see the benefit of such enhancement.
