Blocked stock in MD04

Hello experts,

Is it possible to see the blocked stock in MD04 but separated from the rest of stock, in a new line for example??

Hi Laura

No, it's not possible on standard. On OPPI you can choose if blocked stock will be available or not to MRP. However, if you choose that it's availabe, it will be included on the total stock available for planning.

I can suggest you some workarounds:

1 - Use a storage location excluded from MRP and move the blocked stock to this storage location. The quantity on this storage location will be displayed on a separated line and will not be considered by MRP.

2 - Develop your own logic using BAdIs MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA and MD_ADD_ELEMENTS.

in OPPI transaction you can activate block stock to be considered at MRP for each plant
