Hi,
Lubrication maintenance plans needs to be blocked and started according to the planner's demand, what is the correct process to block and unlock the lubrification plan to start the order at the planner's request? If the plan is monthly and it goes two months without starting, when unlocking, will it generate two orders? Is it possible to generate just one order referring to the planner's demand?

if you are only using monthly plan then i do not believe there is any option to merge all pending calls into just one call. You can skip a call in IP10--
Normally lubrication is based on Run Hours or Duration passed -you can try exploring the option --The purpose of maintenance plans to avoid manual scheduling.
You can explore below option if this seems fit to your need or skipping the call is always option if your planners are keep on using the manual calls
