Block Sales Order

Hi Expert

We are using a Condition Type "Jins: with a Access Sequence and Manual Entry As "free" and maintain a record for Jins , impact is when Sale order being create , condition record comes according to record but it is ediable

now requirement is when it will change in Sale order , sales order should be block for further process like PGI or Billing

Do you mean whenever condition type JINS changed , it should block sales order for subsequent process ?

If so,

There is no standard config to achieve this, you should try with some user exit

Could you please elaborate business requirement, why you need to block sales order for this particular condition change , Is this customs or export condition ? will it impact any legal document ?

Here I am using JINS as Example , Business requirement is , sales order with said condition type  may be change according to customer (for specific order)   but with approval  of some person

This is not possible standerd sap

you have enchance user exit thats the best solution

use include LV69AFZZ

or MV45AFZZ in konv user exit

Please check with Technical consultant on these following User exit by putting a breakpoint and check which one is getting triggered based on pricing changes at Order level. Once the User-exit is identified, You can then include small piece of logic - "Whenever pricing condition type JINS is changed, Delivery Block can be placed".

• USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT
• USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
