Block postings of WBS-Elements in Concur

Want to know if there is a way in blocking finalized WBS-Elements from being displayed in Concur.

You can manage cost postings on work packages by blocking or allowing the following functions: 

• Time Recording
• Activity Allocation 
• Concur Expense Posting
• Other Expense Posting
• Purchasing
