You can try using a limit item. A limit item is an ordered item that is assigned an upper value rather than a price. We use the "Limit" item when there is a particular duration for which we need some goods, but we are not sure about the quantity, primary example could be 'Nut-Bolts or any other consumables' that we needed for an year but we are not sure about the quantity, we decided that up to which value we will be getting the product that is the reason to use Limit items.
