BKP issue in replacement order of customer return

Hello Team,

I am carrying out a BKP process and after calculating the refund for the replacement product, I have successfully created a replacement order with an planned deliery, however I am encountering an error with this replacement order. Could anyone provide some assistance on this issue?

I checked replacement order whcih has item category CBXN and facing pricing error

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales" for this question, as Sales Replacement Order is an Object related to Sales Line of Business.

Dear customer,

What pricing error you met? Is that 'Pricing Error: Mandatory Price Condition '&' is missing'? If so, please check the pricing procedure determination first.

If you cannot resolve the issue by your own, and the error related to pricing, you could raise a ticket to SD-BF-PR-2CL. If other error happened on replacement order, you could raise an customer incident to SD-SLS-RE-2CL. Thanks.
