Hello Team,
I am carrying out a BKP process and after calculating the refund for the replacement product, I have successfully created a replacement order with an planned deliery, however I am encountering an error with this replacement order. Could anyone provide some assistance on this issue?
I checked replacement order whcih has item category CBXN and facing pricing error

What pricing error you met? Is that 'Pricing Error: Mandatory Price Condition '&' is missing'? If so, please check the pricing procedure determination first.
If you cannot resolve the issue by your own, and the error related to pricing, you could raise a ticket to SD-BF-PR-2CL. If other error happened on replacement order, you could raise an customer incident to SD-SLS-RE-2CL. Thanks.
