BJ5 Scope Item : Control key in Routing

What can be the possible reason for an error : incorrect control key in routing while executing BJ5 (Eg: Material : FG126) & batch determination also not working ?

As per the scope item steps, there is no Auto GR and need to post goods receipt for production order. Regarding the batch determination for RM122, please check the relevant parameters for batch determination. Also Please check on the Master data setup for Material/Product. Thanks
