Bin, Trolley Tracking

Hi All, 

Can anyone suggest me for the below scenerio.

1. How can i link the Bins,Trolley with Outbound Delivery and at the time return of Bins, Trolley how can i enter into the system

2. Need to track how may Bins, Trolley available in the system, how many are with clients, how many are in the scrap, how many are required to repair

As I know, SAP standard does not natively offer out-of-the-box container return tracking for outbound deliveries.
