Bin Location Content List - Form Settings Not Saving Properly - B1 9.3

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open "Bin Location Content List'
2. Check the "Display Batch/Serial Numbers" checkbox.
3. Resize Item No. (Item Code) column to a wider width.
4. Open Form Settings and uncheck "Batch Attribute 2" Visible checkbox. Click OK on Form Settings Dialog.
5. Click OK to close the "Bin Location Content List".
6. Reopen "Bin Location Content List"
7. Check the "Display Batch/Serial Numbers" checkbox.
8. Notice that the Batch Attribute 2 field is visible and that the width of the Item Code field is back to the original width.

Why are certain form settings not saving properly? The two fields above are not the only fields affected by this issue. I just used them as examples.
