Billing form SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV employee name data source?

We are having issues with the information provided in the standard forms. SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV is a form which shows a list of the time recording billed within the billing document.

Our problem comes from the fact that master data updated with the same criteria is not shown in the billing form with the same data. Reviewing the XML some employees are showing the Full Name and others are not.

In order to analyze the issue, we would need to know where the standard billing form SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV is retrieving the data <EmployeeFullName>. Does anybody know if this field comes from the full name updated in the worker?

The employee full name is picked from the CDS view - I_BusinessUserBasic from the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition system. Now for this view, you need to have the user assigned to the business partner. Please create the users for the employees with the business partner IDs for which you are not able to see the full name. The PersonaFullName is the attribute which is used from the user details in order to fill the employee full name from the User IDs.

Please use the app - Maintain Business Users (https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/a630d57fc5004c6383e7a81efee7a8bb/e40e710321c74f28916affa9ae984bce.html) for the employees and once the user is assigned to the business partner, only then the full name will be retrieved. You can also test this with the users for whom you can see the full name and compare it with those for whom you are unable to see the full name.
