Dear SAP,
We need to reprint the Billing Document for different parties such as "Original for Recipient", "Duplicate for Transporter", "Triplicate for Supplier", and "Customer Acknowledgement". But we are unable to generate the reprints with the above headings for different parties. Since this is a very basic requirement for any business, kindly let us know how we can achieve this on Public Cloud.

Hello,
In SAP S/4HANA Cloud public edition, you can reprint billing documents and customize the output to display different headings for each copy intended for various parties. To achieve this, follow these general steps:
1. **Copy and Customize the Standard Form Template:**
- Begin by copying a standard billing document form template that closely matches your requirements.
- Customize this copied template to include specific headings such as "Original for Recipient", "Duplicate for Transporter", "Triplicate for Supplier", and "Customer Acknowledgement".
2. **Utilize Output Control:**
- Configure the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Output Control settings to manage the printing sequences and customize which headings appear on each copy.
- Ensure that in your configuration, you specify the conditions or rules that determine which template is printed for each party.
3. **Create Multiple Output Types:**
- In your configuration, you might also define different output types for each version of the document if required.
- Assign different output types or assignments to these forms to distinguish between types of reprints.
4. **Watermark for Duplicates:**
- Make use of the duplicate printing functionality to include distinct identifiers or watermarks on the copied forms if needed. This will help you ensure compliance and clarity for each recipient.
