Billing doc Creation idoc. is there any idoc type that we can use to create Billing documents through Idoc

Hello

What is your requirements? you want to create Billing Doc through Sales order/ Delivery Documents.

There are many ways of creating Billing Documents automatically.

I our case it happens though workflow.. delivery output type executes once PGI is done it calls VF01 program through work flow.

We create Performa Invoice through delivery output.

If you would like to create an Invoice in SAP system based on details from external system, look up for SAP General Billing Interface. 

This functionality is available both in ECC and S4 HANA.

HI ALl, thank you for your replies. We are looking for options to create billing documents in SAP without reference to sales order or delivery doc., either through upload or IDOC. The pricing will all be supplied by an external system. So we are exploring the best options

1) Using Idoc 

2) Using XML file 

3) use std program RVAFSS00

What's your exact requirement, ususal logical message is INVOIC 'Invoice/Billing Document'

HI Raymond, We want to create Invoices ( VF01) directly in SAP without any references to SO or delivery.
