Behavior Referrence Date in PM Order

Hello experts,

I am interested in knowing what events in PM Order changes the reference date of the order?

By saying events, i am talking about:

1. change of order system status - creation, release, teco....

2. change of the user status

3. changing partners in the order

4....

As I just searched for it:
