Batch management requirement cannot be changed; choose "Display errors"

I am trying to activate batch management at the plant level, but the system is not allowing it.
There is no stock, no open production orders, and no stock history in previous months.

Goods Receipt (GR) has already been posted for all these inbound deliveries.

What is the question? The system is telling you why you can't change batch management requirement - you have an open inbound delivery.
