Batch Generation

I have a query regarding Batches.

1. When producing a Semi-Finish Good (let A) from Raw Material (let a) -

---

they give a batch (let 123)

Now when they make a Finished Good (A) from SFG (A) -

---

they need the same batch (123) automatically there which is editable too.

2. They want that every next item produced in the Stage "RM to SFG" , should get the batch incremented by 1 of the previous batch alloted. Like a sequence.

Is there any solution for the above?

Neetu,

The only way would be to create a formatted search to reference the SFG item and generate the FG batch and so on for the other 2 cases.
