Batch filling Project timesheet for team

Hi sap,

I want to know it there an app can let user fill timesheet for all team members in one project or wbs? We have a role responsible for fill time resource for team member.

If exists this app, which role or Business Catalogs can let him has permission?

Hi,

You can look into the "Notify Missing Timesheet" app or the "Team Utilization" app which will let you enter time on behalf of the team members. However, this doesnt let you enter the time in bulk for a project.

As an alternative, you can build an app and post the time via the API https://api.sap.com/api/API_MANAGE_WORKFORCE_TIMESHEET/overview

Hi Dennis, I added the role to my user and try to search these two apps, but still I can't found them in launchpad? did them has been deprecated?

Please use the AppFinder which is under the me/person icon on the top right corner and look up the names.
