We have only some plants who want to perform automatic batch determination of components during process order confirmation (COR6N), while others do not want. If I set up assign search procedure ME001 to movement type 261 in OMCG, then it will perform automatic batch determination for all plants. In the plants where necessary condition records are not maintained, this will cause confusion as users will see a blank screen for batch determination with no proposed batches.
Is there a way to activate IM level batch determination for only selected plants and order type?
