Dear Experts,

Please tell me how can I get the Basic Salary Amount from Infotype 0008.

I have added a table P0008 and field BET01 in PE51_CHECKTAB. Added the same in PE51 but still Im not getting the Basic Pay amount.

Dear All,

I entered table P0008 and BET01 IN PE51 . To get value in PE51 i have entered the table and field name in PE51_CHECKTAB. After that abaper has done the coding to get the basc amount in Paysip.

Thanks for the valuable inputs.

Is your basic wage type valuated indirectly?

Yes..

Why do you want the value from the infotype? Will the RT basic wage type amount not suffice?

Dear Tania,

Client wants the basic pay amount (which is not prorated ) in the payslip.

So that employees can know their basic pay amount .

Ok, through a PCR you can store the basic pay before proration in a new wage type in RT. Display this wage type on the payslip.

1) Create a new wage type, say 2000 to be displayed on the payslip. Ensure that this wage type has no impact on payroll or posting.

2)Create a PCR ZBAS as below, replace 1000 with your basic pay wage type:

*

****

WGTYP?

****

1000

   ADDWTE2000

Call ZBAS in your schema before the basic pay wage type gets factored.

Hi,

Tania is helpful and correct.

My suggestion in the above PCR is:

*

   ****

     WGTYP?

       ****

         ADDWT *

      1000

         ELIMI *

         ADDWTE2000

         RESET *

         ADDWT *

If any split in WT may be removed. Calling way is same as per Tania.

regards,

Bala.
