Bapi for delivery split and batch change

Hi, experts.

Which bapi/fm i can use for delivery split and then batch change?

I've tried with 'bapi_outb_delivery_split_dec'

For split and 'ws_delivery_update' for batch change.

The problem i stuck is

1) There is a commit inside 'bapi_outb_delivery_split_dec' and i cannot rollback it.

2) 'bapi_outb_delivery_split_dec' doesn't delete null items and subitems.

3) i still not sure which exactly params i need to pass, to delete an item (10, 20, 30) and subitem (900000+) and tomake it work in 100% cases.

And it's still not good that if split makes good, but update not - i can't rollback the split.

I want to work it in one luw.

Which bapi/fm's i can use for it?

Normally, automatic batch determination will happen in delivery and if you don't want, it can be changed manually.  This being the case, what is the Business requirement and is it that in all line items in delivery, batch number to be changed ?
