BALANCING field segment in line item 003 not filled

HEY experts I am getting a problem while doing a MIGO entry it says BALANCING field segment inline item 0003 not filled

Hi

Please check the below:

1) Profit center which is assigned in the material master, has a segment assigned. You can find the profit center from material master in MM03 and than check the profit center master data in T code KE53

2) Check the field status in OB14 and OB41 for the posting key and GL Accounts used. The field segment should at least be optional.

Yes but the root cause could be the reason i already mentioned below. Please check the same. If you are an end user, please reach out to an IT Colleague, who can help on the same.
