Dear Experts,
My Client Requirement in COPA is: Working Capital Value should be viewed in COPA Report. So the value fileld balance is CA-CL. these operation will be done by blance sheet accounts.
So, Is the Balance Account values will flow to COPA?
Please suggest me with detail.
Thanking in advance,
Regards,
Balaji
Hi
COPA is meant to analyse profitability... Only Revenue - Expenses can give you profit... Hence, only cost / revenue elements can be taken into COPA
There is no scope for balance sheet accounts in COPA

Sir,
Can you please tell me the procedure of creation of Cost element with Cat 90.
Because, I maintain data OKB2 and tried to create batch input by OAK7. But system was not collecting the BS Cos Element which I maintained in OKB2. And in Chart Of Accounts I maintained the automatic creation cost elements
Please tell me the steps to create BS Cost Elements with Cat 90.
Thanks in advance,

Balaji
Hi,
Go to transaction KA01. Specify your B/S account as cost element.
When you press enter system will give you an info message:
"Account is balance sheet account: cost element category is defined"
When you acknowledge this info you'll go to a screen where you can see that system automatically
assigned cost element category 90 "Statistical cost element for balance sheet" to this cost element.
Enjoy!
Cheers,
Szymon
