BAdi for inventory sampling

Hi everyone,
We have an issue that the old materials that were marked deleted long ago still appear in the ph.inventory documents after random selection.
The note below tells that it is not possible to exclude such materials unless we archive them. But archiving seems for us risky as we might need to restore materials which will not be possible after archiving.
The stock mngmt level can´t be changed in our case too.

Is there any BAdi to include the condition that "deleted" materials are not included into the random selection?

If you faced similar please share how you could overcome it.
