Backup Server India Ministry of Affairs within international S/4HANA Cloud

The Indian government mandates that companies maintain a daily backup of their Books of accounts on servers located within India, even if the servers are located outside the country.

I have a customer working with S/4HANA Cloud Implementation outside India, do anyone have that kind of implementation and any kind of discussion or solution to solve the indian government requirements?
