B1Siteuser prompt to reset password to activate b1siteuser

HI,

Recently i encounter in SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.220) SP 2308 and 10.0 PL2305 HANA,

When i login to extension manager web > key in B1SiteUser as user > it prompt me new password and confirm new password screen.

There is a red note 'change password to active your account' I not able to proceed to SLD too without changing the password.

B1SiteUser is not lock and i am not adding new user in the authentication management.

I found change log in Change Log 10.0 FP 2405 but when i click on 'Activating B1SiteUser' it is page not found.

Hi,

we face the same situation right now in our environment under SP 2311.
SLD and Extension Manager suddently don't accept the B1SiteUser password anymore.

We did not change any configuration. What is the reason?
I couldn't find an expiry date, neither information that it will lock after too many failed attempts?

Due to bug https://me.sap.com/notes/3463078 we're not able to regain access.
In keycloak user shows as active, de- and reactivating makes no difference.
Any suggestions?
