Hi,
please check the System Administrator's guide of B1iSN9.0:
It can be found in the installation package subfolder System Setup. From page 59 onwards, chapter 7.4 Connecting SAP BW to SAP Business One integration for SAP NetWeaver describes the general settings for a BW connection.
If you plan to activate the SAP standard scenarios for management reporting, please use a W.AnySystem for a connection towards SAP BW as described in the Administrator's guide.
In addition please also follow the Management Reporting configuration guide to setup the SAP standard scenarios.
If you already followed both guides, you can ignore the Error message at the "SLD Test Connection".
The reason is, that BW does expect a subpath for the handover of the messages in a specific form for each type of message, which is not part of the SLD test connection.
For the standard scenarios, the additional subpathes are:
I'm also getting the same error message (HTTP-Code: 415; message: Unsupported Media Type) at the SLD test connection, though the management reporting scenarios are active and running for more three months.
Best regards
Bastian

Hi Bastian
Very thanks to you for the detailed response.
Currently we have BI system configured under type BI 7.0.3.
As you said we have aim to configure for management reporting . So we would change the configuration of BI system to W.anysystem and follow parameter settings as in guide.
Also ignoring the test connection error and still it have working without any issue is a very good input and it will allow us to focus on futher standard configuration scenarios.
Thanks ,
Chaitshi
Hello Bastian
I need to extract data out of Business One into BW and need your guidance as I have never worked with B1 before.
Where can I locate System Administrator's guide of B1iSN9.0?
How do we Setup up Configuration between BW and B1iSN9.0 Server?
How do I access the tables in B1 System in order to exteact the data?
I need to extract
Thanks
Verol Thompson
Hello Verol,
Unfortunately, this SCN editor does not allow pdf attachemnts.
The Administrator's guide is part of the installation package of SAP B1 INTEGRATION FOR SAP NETWEAVER (B1iSN). Please check sub folder "System Setup".
The configuration guide for the preconfigured BW scenarios can be found in the installation package, too. Please check in sub folder "Configuration Guides" for document "Config_Guide_Management_Reporting_EN.pdf".
Data extraction out of B1 is done via JDBC SQL Statement using timestamp variables. B1iSN is mapping the SQL result into BW's Web Service format and handing over the information.
Best regards
Bastian
Hello Bastian
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I am unable to find the document on SCN.
Could you send me the link or the document to
verol.thompson@sonic-planet.com
Thanks
Verol
Dear Bastian
I have exactly the same problem as Verol had 2 years ago.(HTTP code 415).
I do not understand your response from due to 2 reasons :
1) I also like to setup standard scenarion BUT as long I do not have a VALID definition for a recpient system (BW in this case) I CANNOT include a recipient system in the definiton. Consequently I also cannot finish a scenario defintion
2) I´m confused - you recommended to setup a W.AnySystem - corresponding to the admin guide. But following the admin guide a H.AnySystem has to be set up !?!
Anyway - do you have any hints HOW TO ANALYZE this problem ? It appears like a blackbox to me and I don´t know where to look for further infmations (logs e.g.).
Kind regards
Stefan
