I am receiving below error while installing B1iF for version 9.3 PL14
after I click "Ok", installation finishes and I get below error while connecting to integration framework in browser
Below are our server specs:
SAP B1 version 9.3 PL14
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit
Microsoft SQL Server 2012
Request clarification before answering.
Hi creation
Could you reinstall B1if using below steps:
1. Uninstall the Integration Component
2. Clean up the folder %temp%
3. Delete the folder, where the integration component were previously installed, if it exists
4. Delete B1if / IFSERV database schema
5. Remove antivirus and firewall protection
6. Remove the Java from add-removeprograms section, if exists
7. Delete the hidden folder named "Zero G Registry" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\".
If you do notsee this folder, change the settings in Windows Explorer to show hidden files/folders
8. Open Windows Registry and delete thekey folders below:

32-bit server:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\Tomcatx

64-bit server:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\Tomcat6
System variables list.
10. From SQLServer Management Studio, go to SBOCOMMON database and delete/truncate all records from these 3 tables: SLSP, SLSPP, and SEVT.
11. Reboot the computer
12. Install the Integration component again
13. Restart the Integration service.

try different browsers, try with internet explorer, or old version of Mozilla Firefox

Thank you for your reply, I have completed all steps except the below as I am unable to find mentioned folder under Windows registry. Is it ok to proceed without below steps?
