B1iadmin disabled - not able to click toggle activation button

Hi dear community members,

When I try to enter Integration framework, it shows: "This user has been disabled". I have used 1556041 note, but toggle activation button is also disabled. I have tried a lot of time, sometimes I could click toggle activation button, first click nothing changed, second click shows B1iadmin active is true then set safemode is false then restart integration framework service but again it shows "This user has been disabled" message. Can anyone help with this problem?

Regarding "why toggle activation button was not able to be clicked", could you please show how to reproduce the issue?
I tried many times; but cannot see the same page as you.

Just an idea, maybe Delete browsing data could be helpful.

Hi Javokhir_Isroilov

Please follow below mentioned steps:

1) Take backup of Integration framework installation folder and Integration Framework database.

2) Please repair Integration Framework as mentioned below :

Go to C:\Program Files (x86) \SAP\SAP Business One Integration\_SAP Business One Integration_installation

Double click on "Change SAP Business One Integration Installation" (type "application file)

Choose "Repair" and please finish repair of Integration framework.

After finish repair , please check if issue fixed.

If still having issue, please raise the support ticket using component SBO-INT-B1IF.
