Is anyone using the native SAP Business One Avatax Rates by Address integration problem free and able to use it through the DIAPI?
We are getting intermittent 'Cannot connect to the Electronic Document Service' errors when using it through the SAP Client and no consistent failures when adding or updating records through the DIAPI.
It falls into the support gap between SAP and Avalara and our SAP Dev Partner has reached the end of his tether trying to diagnose/isolate exactly where/why it fails.
As an aside - it is unable to cope with the full 9 digit USA zip code - it only supports the first 5 characters, but is not smart enough to trim along zip code.
If anyone has this problem or has crossed this bridge, please let get in touch?
