Availability control not triggering for Commitments in 1NT Projects in SAP Public Cloud

Hi!

I am working in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and have configured the Availability Control Profile. The control is working properly for actuals; however, it is not being triggered for commitments.

I would like to know:

What should I assign in the Semantic Tag in order to cover the entire procurement cycle, including both Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders?

For your information, I have the scope item 2IE (Project Control - Procurement Integration) activated.

Hello, 

A budget availability control in S4H Cloud public works with semantic tags and YPS2 hierarchy. You need to check if the accounts you use to make PR o PO are included in YPS2 hierarchy (you can find in Manage your solution -Accounting - General ledger - Chart of accounts - Define financial statements versions) CMII-CMII-CMI - Costes.  Also you should check before what groups inside the Costs are part of the semantic tag Actual Costs, cause only this groups SAP use to BAC.

You can try to add the activity group "01 Purchase Requisition" into Tolerance Limits in "Maintain Budget Availability Control Profile".
