Hi Experts,

One issue I am facing is that AUTOMATICALLY AVAC STATUS is not populated upon cj32.

I have to do manually by Extras--> AVailability control --> Activate

or by CJBN.

IN OPS9

i have treid refreshing the database by CJEN as told in existing threads.

Any solution to this issue is welcome.

Regards

Rohit

Hi Experts,

Found the answer. We have to implement SAP Notes

Check these notes provided by SAP for the same to my friend 228706  , 2257155 , 2263077.

Got the solution in another existing thread..

AVAC not being activated in S/4 HANA | SCN

Thanks for participation.

Hi Rohit,

Check your budget profile , Maintain activation type : 1 , Flag overall

So that when ever you do the budget overall then automatically availability check will be done.

Dont forget to maintain the tolerance limits.

Hi Maria,

Just for testing I made the changes in ops9 , I tried with only at overall and activation type 1.

AVAC is happening automatically in this scenario.

But When I ticked overall and Release, with activation at 1, again after release of Budget, AVAC is not happening automatically.

Any thoughts..

Rohit
