Automic shipment not created

Hello,

We have a problem with shipments. Our warehouse created the shipment in their system and It passes through an interface to SAP. Sometimes it passes correctly, but sometimes it does not. What do you advice me to check? I have been studying this case for several weeks but I do not find any reason. I have checkec the time of creation of the different deliveries, shipments, etc., even If we asked them to send the shipment again, sometimes it goes well but not always.

You've to fetch the failed idoc from WE02 and analyse using WE19 in the debugging mode, there would be an inbound Functional module inbuilt with Goods movement create BAPI and check the return value there to find a exact problem.

About this topic, maybe you could solve me another doubt. Is there any parameter to which makes the shipment mandatory for some SOLD-TO or SHIP-TO when we create the sales order?
