Automatically renaming a PDF export file

I would like to have a PDF file automatically renamed to my preferred naming convention when exporting document to PDF.  Is there any way to set this in SAP ? Right now when you select the PDF icon it automatically saves the file with the naming convention of date and time.....no Doc number nor Doc type showing to the exported files .

The Customer's SAP version is SAP 10 FP 2102 and the Note is referring to 9.1 and 9.2
