Automatic Synchronization not working in SAP Service and Asset Manager

In the config panel, as shown in the image. Which Param Values can allow the automatic sync with backend. I did change the param values from 'N' to 'Y' to see if it works, but still not working.

Is there something which I am missing here?

Hey you need to check below points -> 

1. whether feature CA_AUTO_SYNC is enabled or not

2. check whether this feature CA_AUTO_SYNC is enabled or not for your persona
