automatic replenishment task exceeding maximum qty of bin

Hello SAP World,

we are replenishing at bin level using automatic replenishment. We have activated replenishment for storage type. we have maintained fixed bin assignment with min and max qty at bin level.

Testing: once pick task is created and confirmed. if stock level is less than min qty,  replenishment task is getting created automatically.  But the task is getting created for full max qty. it is not calculating qty to meet the max qty.

Eg: min qty:5 pc , max qty:10 pc

stock available:2 pc

replenishment task created: 10 pc.

But it should have been created for 8 pc.

Please recommend solution.

Hi @Sachindev_Sureshan ,

can you please check if you have maintained a replenishment quantity on the storage type view of the warehouse product? If you have maintained a quantity there, the replenishment will always propose a multiple of that quantity.
