Automatic Renewal of Service Contract cannot renew

Hi Dears
I met a problem of service contract.
The period of service contract is from 2024/11/16 to 2025/11/15 and be automatically renewed before one week.
The function of service contract's automatic renewal happened error. The service contract is not renewed.
I checked log by the app 「Monitor Auto Renewal Logs. 
The error message is 「Date CONTDURA does not exist.
Is there anyone know the reason?

Hi @Lily16,

Do you use your custom date profile for service contracts? Please check the configuration activity Define Date Profile for Service Transactions (ID: 104301) in your configuration environment: the date Duration CONTDURA Contract Validity Period must exist in the date profile. You can refer to the default Date profile CONT002.

I checked the configuration activity.
The date Duration CONTDURA Contract Validity Period have already set in the date profile like below.
But the issue still exits.
The service contract cannot renew automatically.
Date Profile: ZCONT002

@Lily16, You're almost there. Please go to the Durations and check CONTDURA, instead of the date type CONTDUR.
